Requirements

Supervisory experience in a retail setting
Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the designated zone (Dublin Grafton)
Access to a device with Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later
Confident with the use of mobile software and apps (tech savvy desirable)
Host and customer-focused with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude
Confident and positive with good interpersonal skills
Happy to work unsupervised, following written and visual instructions
Great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for brands
Love working in a team and enjoy building productive professional relationships

Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in stores
Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
Provide line management support to team of retail associates, including zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise
Follow all operational processes and policies to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
Access appointments planned via industry-leading scheduling system on mobile phone
