Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Utilities sector, specifically as a Team Lead in an IT-implementation project related to MIGDGO/MIG6
  • Functional specialization in MIGDGO/MIG6 with at least three years of experience in this area (specialization in Structure and Rectification domains is a plus)
  • Affinity for technology with a keen interest in data
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience in Utilities business processes
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience in collaborating with offshore development teams
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curious, proactive, and a true team player
  • Perfectly fluent in English, Dutch/French and able to express in French/Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional and technical team to translate business requirements into concrete work items
  • Plan and prioritize work items to ensure timely delivery aligned to project milestones
  • Implement and enforce best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address risks, and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Provide constructive pushback and challenge to team and client to foster continuous improvement and productivity
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and composure in meeting tight deadlines and handling challenging situations
  • Support team members in understanding business requirements and conducting impact analysis
  • Review detailed functional documentation for completeness and correctness
  • Provide advice to technical team on choosing between technical solution alternatives
  • Mentor junior members to enhance their functional knowledge
  • Offer insights, recommendations, and solutions based on functional expertise to tackle complex problems
  • Contribute to Technology Resources community initiatives and mentor junior team members
