Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, newsletters, presentations, and handouts
  • Create PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key concepts and reinforce learning objectives
  • Develop structured training agendas and lesson plans that align with organizational goals
  • Ensure all training materials are clear, concise, and visually engaging
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate employees on key topics
  • Use interactive training techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
  • Assist in creating e-learning modules and interactive training experiences
