3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or content creation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other content development tools
Ability to develop clear, structured, and engaging training materials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to review materials for accuracy and clarity
Detail-oriented and proactive
Solid understanding of content creation principles and training facilitation
Enthusiastic about identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
Good-to-have: Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar)
Good-to-have: Basic video editing skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, newsletters, presentations, and handouts
Create PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key concepts and reinforce learning objectives
Develop structured training agendas and lesson plans that align with organizational goals
Ensure all training materials are clear, concise, and visually engaging
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate employees on key topics
Use interactive training techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
Assist in creating e-learning modules and interactive training experiences
Support the development of performance metrics to track training impact on operational outcomes
Analyze performance data and feedback to inform targeted learning solutions
