  • In-depth knowledge of products and processes for stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of a POD (10-20 members) in video annotation, ensuring accurate and consistent annotations within SLA
  • Monitor daily operational metrics and drive team performance to meet or exceed quota and expectations
  • Provide product oversight, align with company goals, assess annotation process scalability, and improve efficiency
  • Create an inspiring team environment, maintain high morale, foster pod culture where ideas are respected, and organize social/team bonding activities
  • Conduct weekly POD sessions and biweekly one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, R&D), translate information to POD, and collaborate with Team Coordinator on performance, metrics, and issues
  • Identify training needs and assist in POD member development
  • Assess individual and team performance
  • Gather two-way feedback and ideas from team members for continuous process improvement
  • Provide helpfulness, approachability, resolve team member problems, and handle conflict resolution
