In-depth knowledge of products and processes for stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of a POD (10-20 members) in video annotation, ensuring accurate and consistent annotations within SLA
Monitor daily operational metrics and drive team performance to meet or exceed quota and expectations
Provide product oversight, align with company goals, assess annotation process scalability, and improve efficiency
Create an inspiring team environment, maintain high morale, foster pod culture where ideas are respected, and organize social/team bonding activities
Conduct weekly POD sessions and biweekly one-on-one meetings with team members
Communicate effectively with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, R&D), translate information to POD, and collaborate with Team Coordinator on performance, metrics, and issues
Identify training needs and assist in POD member development
Assess individual and team performance
Gather two-way feedback and ideas from team members for continuous process improvement
Provide helpfulness, approachability, resolve team member problems, and handle conflict resolution
