Proven leadership or management experience

MS Office and Outlook computer skills
A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection

Experience with remote work or night shifts (advantage)
Familiarity with U.S.-based healthcare operations (plus)

Responsibilities

Manage after-hours operations and serve as the main point of contact for urgent issues
Monitor communication channels to ensure timely responses and proper escalation
Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts
Collaborate with the daytime team to provide continuity and maintain service standards
Support the office team with preparation, planning, and project work as needed
