Requirements

  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective internal relationships and team outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CoPilot AI
  • High attention to detail in document preparation and proofreading

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate property and client information is reflected across platforms to enable referrals
  • Format and prepare high-quality documents and client submissions
  • Coordinate and help to execute marketing campaigns, liaising with external providers and Agribusiness National Marketing Manager
  • Manage travel arrangements including flights, car hire, and accommodation for the team nationally via our Corp Travel provider
  • Track monthly recoverable expenses with Colliers Finance
  • Administer Ansarada data rooms and manage uploads and reporting
  • Process and monitor invoicing activities
  • Organise client meetings and events, including venue and catering coordination
