Experienced Manager/Senior Manager with strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
Ideally familiar with Tax Reporting and Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Intercompany recharges
Knowledge of Oracle EPM modules: Tax Reporting (TRCS), Profitability and Cost Management (ePCM), Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Planning desirable
Ability to gather requirements (tax/legal and business), analyse supply-chains and business processes to assess functional specifications
Ability to evaluate current systems landscape and proposed future state to identify gaps and improvement areas
Experience overseeing development/managing junior team members
Ability to regularly update the practice/service line on new developments in technology functionalities or modules in future releases
Ability to align global Tax and Legal landscape with clients’ business activities and proposed wider business processes
Ability to continually assess tax technology landscape and development strategies
Ability to integrate with wider client project team, understand tax design interactions with other process flows, and build required relationships
Background in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Gen AI, Technology, Tax, or Accounting (team context)

Lead, promote, design, develop, and implement systems and analytics that meet tax business needs
Ensure clients can keep pace with changing tax and legal landscape
Cultivate a unique blend of tax and technology skills to transform clients' tax functions
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to firm growth through networking, risk management, and support for new business proposals and presentations
Aid in bridging technology knowledge gaps
