Responsibilities

  • Provide tax compliance and consulting services for flow-through entities (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations) across multiple industries
  • Work with clients to minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities
  • Oversee complex tax research projects and deliver innovative tax planning strategies
  • Serve as the primary client contact for all tax matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
  • Review work prepared by tax seniors and associates, providing feedback and guidance
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional development initiatives
  • Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values
