Experience with government and regulatory compliance, including tax registration, payroll tax management, licensing, audits, and grants management, is a plus. Responsibilities

The Tax Operations Registrations Associate will be responsible for becoming an expert on Anrok’s registrations and license renewals process, engaging with state and local jurisdictions as needed, and completing sales tax registrations and licensing on behalf of customers. This includes meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and proactive follow-ups with customers. The role will also involve analyzing current processes for streamlining and automation, partnering with internal teams to implement improvements, and triaging and responding to customer inquiries regarding registrations, licensing, and tax returns, as well as supporting performance analysis and roadmap for ad hoc projects related to sales tax.
