Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of corporate income tax experience at a public accounting firm and/or public multinational company
  • Solid working knowledge of federal and multi-state corporate income taxation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional multitasking ability, upbeat demeanor, and ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word; SAP and/or OneSource experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns, business tax filings, extensions, quarterly estimates, and supporting workpapers
  • Monitor and analyze changes in federal, state, and local tax law, assessing their impact on Adobe’s operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of tax filings and address related correspondence from tax authorities
  • Contribute to the preparation of select federal and state portions of the quarterly income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
  • Participate in research, ad hoc projects, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including finance, legal, and other functional groups, to ensure alignment and effective communication
