Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in taxation, financial planning, wealth management, or advisory
  • Active CPA required (or EA with significant tax planning experience)
  • CFP, CFA, or ECA a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex tax scenarios

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class tax-centric planning: Build modular and comprehensive plans that integrate tax projections, retirement optimization, filing strategies, equity comp, college planning, and entity considerations. Translate complexity into simple next steps for clients
  • Multiply advisor capacity: Reduce prep time through tax templates, projections, workflows, and decision trees. Support advisors in structuring cases and identifying opportunities for wallet share expansion
  • Architect the systems that scale tax planning: Codify the “Titan Tax Standard,” build our internal knowledge base, and help identify which tax workflows can be automated, templatized, or delegated
  • Educate clients with clarity: Explain tax implications, planning choices, and investment considerations in a way that inspires confidence—not confusion
  • Analyze tax + investment strategies with precision: Run tax projections, evaluate rollover options, model Roth conversions, assess AMT triggers, evaluate exercise strategies, perform multi-year scenarios, and tie advice back to investment implications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Investment Research, Growth/Marketing, and Engineering/Product/Design to ensure Titan remains laser-focused on what matters most to clients
