Responsibilities

As a Tangible Assets - Consultant at CFGI, the role involves performing financial reporting valuations for business combinations, including real property, personal property, and leasehold interests across diverse industries and internationally. It also entails appraisals of real property for gift and estate taxes, conducting real estate market analysis, and collaborating with other valuation teams and service lines within the firm. The consultant will work closely with market participants, assist with proposal development, and contribute to marketing material, while also having the opportunity to become professionally designated in real estate and machinery and equipment valuation disciplines.
