Requirements

  • High English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for volume roles (Accounting roles preferred)
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards
  • Experience sourcing for remote roles and/or shared service centers
  • Strong organizational skills and accountability for personal metrics
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • At least 2 years in sourcing and/or high-volume recruiting support roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract potential candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques
  • Execute Boolean and targeted searches on LinkedIn and job portals (Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.)
  • Conduct initial contact with candidates to validate basic requirements and interest
  • Maintain candidate information and sourcing notes accurately in the ATS (Lever)
  • Collaborate with TA Specialists to align on role requirements, ideal profiles, and sourcing priorities
  • Provide consistent updates on sourcing progress, pipelines, and challenges
  • Research market trends and talent availability in target locations or industries
  • Ensure candidate engagement and a positive first impression of the company
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to outreach volume, response rate, and qualified candidates delivered
