Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a dedicated Talent Sourcer role or in a heavily sourcing-focused Agency or In-house Recruiter position (ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment)
  • Highly organised and data-driven, able to manage multiple pipelines and pivot activity effectively based on evolving priorities and sprint metrics
  • Established knowledge of sourcing techniques and technologies to find niche skill-sets, always challenging yourself to meet leading indicators and success metrics on both evergreen and targeted searches
  • Learning agility and enthusiasm to pick up new tools and systems, including adopting AI technologies into day-to-day work

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market intelligence by deep-diving into talent trends and bringing insights to partnerships with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to define ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
  • Approach work with an analytical mindset for sprint planning, ensuring sourcing sprints have relevant activity and success metrics to drive strong hiring outcomes, and proactively course-correct when needed
  • Perform sourcing and screening using the recruiting stack and varied techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, candidate rediscovery etc.) to build diverse, qualified, and highly engaged pipelines
  • Craft outreach messages that connect and resonate with diverse talent, continuously using data to iterate on messaging and improve engagement
  • Hands-on learning and leveraging the tech stack, including AI tools, to supercharge candidate sourcing, analyse market trends, and personalise candidate experiences for efficiency
  • Collaborate as part of a hiring squad, developing strong partnerships with the broader talent team
  • Proactively share evolving sourcing best practices and support enablement initiatives across the Talent team to improve talent finding and engagement at Multiverse
