Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel sourcing across priority roles (engineering, technical leadership, operations, commercial), ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-calibre candidates
  • Build and execute creative, scalable sourcing strategies across the globe, including outbound campaigns, talent mapping, community engagement, and referrals
  • Conduct first-touch candidate assessments to ensure strong alignment before handing over to recruiters
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal profiles, and market realities; advise on strategy and expectations
  • Uphold best-in-class candidate engagement; outreach and communication should reflect company values and set the tone for the full hiring journey
  • Build and maintain talent pools for repeat or future hiring needs, ensuring never starting from zero
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by identifying where top talent spends time and shaping how the company shows up in those communities
  • Help refine sourcing processes, tooling, and reporting to scale with the business
  • Manage relationships with external sourcing partners and ensure they deliver consistently high-quality output
