Candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field. A strong interest in digital marketing and event coordination with a basic understanding of key concepts and tools is necessary. Prior experience in event planning or coordination is prioritized, and excellent writing and communication skills are essential. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required, along with comfort in a remote, multicultural team environment. Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, and basic marketing tools is a plus, and candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Support the marketing team in planning and executing virtual events. Help monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content and strategy. Coordinate logistics and communications for virtual webinars or other community events. Contribute creative ideas to engage audiences and strengthen brand visibility.
