The Talent Community - Marketing role will focus on attracting and engaging potential candidates for future job openings within the Marketing department at Lunchbox. This includes managing the talent community, responding to inquiries, promoting open positions, and contributing to the overall growth of the marketing team. The role also involves supporting Lunchbox’s brand and culture through community initiatives and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
