Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and closing, while being accountable for results, efficiency, quality, and equitable outcomes
  • Approach high-volume hiring with energy, running a large volume of interviews while delivering high-quality, equitable candidate experiences
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve hiring practices, and elevate talent decisions
  • Use data and qualitative insights to drive stronger outcomes, influence stakeholders, identify patterns, flag risks, and recommend process improvements
  • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, campaigns, events, and sustained outreach nurturing long-term engagement
  • Promote inclusive hiring by embedding equitable and unbiased practices throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as an advocate and coach on recruitment best practices and standards, influencing stakeholders toward objective-supported outcomes
