Requirements

  • Experienced in a role that involves learning design and delivery and talent program or talent product management
  • Experienced working with technology teams, ideally including Product Management and Software Engineering in a digital or growth-focused business
  • A strong design thinker with a customer-centric approach and an understanding of agile methodologies
  • Able to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Design and drive a key strategic program to build AI literacy and skills across all of SB, empowering employees to leverage Artificial Intelligence in their roles
  • Partner with our Product, Data, Engineering, and Technology leaders to understand their needs and consult on solutions that drive performance and business impact
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences, from workshops and training to on-demand resources, for both our technology teams and a global Simply Business audience
  • Champion a product management mindset within our teams, helping to build capabilities in areas like customer discovery, hypothesis-driven development, and outcome-oriented thinking
  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning and talent programs, from initial analysis and design to rollout, communication, and measurement of impact
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including coaches, learning consultants, and other vendors
