Requirements

Experienced in a role that involves learning design and delivery and talent program or talent product management
Experienced working with technology teams, ideally including Product Management and Software Engineering in a digital or growth-focused business
A strong design thinker with a customer-centric approach and an understanding of agile methodologies
Able to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels
Equipped with excellent project and program management skills
Data-driven in their approach to problem-solving and focused on measuring the business impact of initiatives

Responsibilities

Design and drive a key strategic program to build AI literacy and skills across all of SB, empowering employees to leverage Artificial Intelligence in their roles
Partner with our Product, Data, Engineering, and Technology leaders to understand their needs and consult on solutions that drive performance and business impact
Design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences, from workshops and training to on-demand resources, for both our technology teams and a global Simply Business audience
Champion a product management mindset within our teams, helping to build capabilities in areas like customer discovery, hypothesis-driven development, and outcome-oriented thinking
Manage the full lifecycle of learning and talent programs, from initial analysis and design to rollout, communication, and measurement of impact
Manage relationships with external partners, including coaches, learning consultants, and other vendors
