Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or celebrities
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent
- 2+ years experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency)
Responsibilities
- Discover and sign large influencers who are looking for business management
- Represent the business and brands of leading social media personalities
- Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole
- Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space
- Seek out and pursue new opportunities such as TV and Film casting for talent, early adopters for new apps, and collaboration opportunities for influencers and other large influencers
- Present and assist with execution of growth strategies for influencers
