Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry
  • OR High School Diploma with 7 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, which includes reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, and closing for a variety of technical roles
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage 10+ active requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions, help define efficient recruitment strategies, and continuously calibrate candidates and department needs
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and the use of various recruiting tools
  • Serve as the candidate's advocate throughout the hiring process, ensuring the candidate has a positive experience and clear communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
  • Collaborate closely with our HR team during the job description generation, offer stage and background investigation process
  • Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity
  • Represent the company and promote our employer brand at university career fairs, information sessions, open house and other on-campus recruitment events
  • Assist with providing market and compensation analysis, as well as competitor insights, to help guide decision making for job postings as well as offers
  • Partner with the recruiting team in project, process, and interview training
  • Assist with other administrative tasks or support other functions as needed
