Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions
3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources
Valid driver’s license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with internal teams
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor practices to attract top talent and enhance the company’s employer brand
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes
Recruit, screen, and recommend placement of staff using creative sourcing methods (internal and external)
Manage technical and non-technical exempt professional positions and management positions
Serve as a resource to other less seasoned Talent Acquisition employees
Other related responsibilities as assigned
