Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications, and selection criteria; listen, learn, and provide creative recommendations
  • Aggressively network, advertise, and message on platforms like LinkedIn to engage passive candidates and build a network
  • Own full cycle recruitment: sourcing, phone screening, assessing, selecting candidates, and supporting them through onboarding to their first day
  • Assess candidates' skills, education, salary requirements, potential, and needs for transitioning to a new role
  • Participate in formal onsite interviews when needed
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers on candidate suitability for the job, team, and company; promote selection best practices to improve employee retention
  • Develop strong knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products, and services to effectively sell the Company, job, and career opportunities
  • Form relationships with community and business organizations
  • Assist with other general HR functions as needed
