Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring across the US
- Proven success hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Security, Data) and corporate roles (Finance, Compliance, Operations, etc.)
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments—agency, in-house, or a mix of both
- Highly self-motivated, tenacious and impact-driven, with a strong sense of urgency
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering results and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions and drive process improvement
- A natural people person—charismatic, confident, adaptable and excited to help build and evangelize something meaningful

Responsibilities
- Source, recruit and interview top talent across the US and our global offices (Dallas, London, Paris, Singapore, Vilnius and more)
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on the US market
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Drive the recruitment process end-to-end: screening, interviewing, evaluating skill level, gathering/giving feedback, managing offers and supporting onboarding
- Become a trusted partner for hiring managers, providing guidance, insights and market expertise
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent in competitive markets
- Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment content to effectively communicate each opportunity
- Represent Blockchain.com externally by building relationships with professional associations, universities, meetups and key talent communities
