Requirements

  • Jeune diplômé ou en dernière année d'un Master RH ou domaine afférent
  • Première expérience (stage compris) dans un environnement type start-up ou international (apprécié mais non obligatoire)
  • Autonome, structuré(e), sens du travail en équipe, et ouvert(e) à essayer de nouvelles choses
  • Parle couramment français et anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • À l’aise avec les outils numériques (Excel, Google Sheets, tableaux de bord…)
  • Disponible à temps plein pour un stage/CDD de 3 à 6 mois

Responsibilities

  • Accompagner la Talent Acquisition Manager France sur le recrutement de A à Z (sourcing, entretiens, suivi…) pour de nombreux profils au siège France, et en soutien sur d'autres pays européens
  • Échanger avec les candidat(e)s pour assurer une expérience fluide et professionnelle tout au long du process
  • Mettre à jour les données dans l'ATS et contribuer à la qualité du reporting recrutement
  • Réaliser des recherches de marché et cartographies de talents sur des postes cibles
  • Soutenir l’équipe sur les tâches administratives et opérationnelles RH du quotidien
