Responsibilities

  • Take charge of overseas recruitment projects, including resume screening and interview scheduling. Manage the full-process coordination and arrangement from the initial interview to the final interview
  • Communicate with candidates and interviewers, coordinate and follow up on the progress of interviews to ensure smooth progress
  • Conduct recruitment-related data statistics and organize relevant materials, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the department leader
