Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • At least 6 months internship/apprenticeship previously done in talent acquisition
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through abilities
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Interest in the gaming/tech industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for intern positions across multiple teams (business and creative profiles)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes
  • Own our campus hiring initiative by developing a strategy plan to find next generations of interns across the Growth BU
  • Support senior TA Specialists in identifying the best talent for various expertise roles, through application screening and sourcing efforts
  • Support in ad-hoc projects of different scale: talent mapping and nurturing, analytics, recruitment events, etc
