Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative function, in Recruiting or Human Resources
  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
  • Experience planning and prioritizing daily responsibilities for optimum efficiency
  • Previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
  • Related Bachelor's degree or HR Program certificate (preferred)
  • Previous experience supporting recruiting processes (preferred)
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, like SmartRecruiters or iCIMS (preferred)
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Review and distribute approved job requisitions
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments
  • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with hiring standards
  • Compile new hire documents and verify credentials
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries and troubleshoot TA system issues
  • Process referral bonus reports and support onboarding of outsourced resources
  • Manage access clearance approvals and English test purchases
  • Support recruiting events and projects (e.g., internships, job fairs)
  • Partner with HR and business teams to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations
  • Handle special projects and additional responsibilities
