Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience in a multinational, matrixed environment
  • Proven track record in contractor hiring and program management, ideally within consulting or analytics domains
  • Strong understanding of the payments landscape, financial institutions specifically and the related roles
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with Workday, Fieldglass, and recruitment CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Arabic language capability preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for VCA contractor roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Create and manage project related documents that are required as part of the onboarding process
  • Ensure compliance with Visa’s Contingent Worker Policy and local labor regulations
  • Partner with approved staffing agencies and monitor adherence to Visa’s vendor guidelines
  • Track contractor headcount, tenure, and budget alignment for CEMEA region
  • Maintain accurate data in Workday and Fieldglass, ensuring timely updates and reporting to leadership
  • Support governance processes, including attestation forms and tenure exception requests
  • Perform monthly revenue recognitions and invoice receiving
  • Perform and execute administrative related tasks in a timely fashion
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent strategies for contractor roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, HR Ops) to streamline processes and resolve escalations
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience, acting as a Visa culture ambassador
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top contractor talent for VCA projects
