Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions
Accurately exchange cash or markers for chips
Collect losing bets, pay winning bets, and collect commission based on game dealt
Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game
Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and make resolution only at the direction of the supervisor
Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs
Respond effectively to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
