Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Ashby ATS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, balancing candidate and stakeholder availability
  • Be present in the office to welcome and support senior candidates, creating a positive first impression
  • Monitor recruiter activity to keep Ashby clean and compliant; proactively resolve data issues
  • Produce weekly dashboards and insights for the Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Support the Head of Talent with procurement processes including the onboarding and offboarding of new suppliers
  • Support the Talent Development Manager with organising monthly induction for new joiners (once a month)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Client Services and Client Due Diligence roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver against agreed timelines
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent communities
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment
  • Drive a fast, efficient process while maintaining quality standards and compliance
  • Continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience through feedback loops and process optimisation
  • Ensure all hires meet ClearBank’s high talent bar and contribute to our culture
