Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Java development is required with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with a Master's degree. Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms is essential. Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), RESTful APIs, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) with basic SQL knowledge, and version control systems (Git) with build tools (Maven or Gradle) is necessary. Familiarity with AI code generation tools like OpenAI Codex or GitHub Copilot is a significant asset. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required. Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining robust and efficient Java applications and backend services. This includes writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices. The role involves implementing new features based on product requirements and technical designs, identifying and resolving software defects, and contributing to production support.
