Requirements

  • Medical background or good expertise in medical knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good at speaking, writing, reading in English
  • At least 8 years of healthcare industry working experience
  • Familiarity with China and Global orthopedics market (orthopedics experience preferred)
  • Strong relationship building capacity
  • Proven analytical skills as well as evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations
  • The ability to motivate others and make things happen
  • Strong capability in planning and arranging events
  • Be flexible for traveling (50%)

Responsibilities

  • Be sensitive to market trend and identify opportunity which is aligned with marketing strategy and initiate related medical education platforms to promote the key procedures, techniques, products and concept
  • Work closely with product marketing team to drive short to long term education strategy through different programs or projects at regional and national level
  • Build up and maintain long term top KOL relationship to promote Stryker solutions
  • Develop & cultivate Stryker own education brand and expand its recognition and influence
  • Responsible for educational session in key third party events with collaboration with product marketing team
  • Coordinate continuing education workshops, seminars, and marketing programs for graduate physicians, pharmacists, and scientists
  • Provide medical information to internal/external health sources such as the sales force, outside health professions, public, and government
  • Plan, design and execute training and educational programs of Small Joints to clinical professors, teaching-hospital faculty
  • Build up long term top KOL relationships to promote total solutions of Small Joints and develop Stryker education brand to expand its recognition and influence
