Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of software implementations, from planning and vendor coordination to deployment and post-launch support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals
Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver on project milestones
Identify implementation risks early and develop mitigation strategies; resolve escalated issues
Coordinate with the Project Management Office to set timelines, budgets, and resources using firm tools (Monday) and standardized templates/workflows
Translate business requirements into scalable workflows and system configurations to improve operational efficiency
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Tax, Audit, Consulting) to ensure alignment and adoption
Lead execution of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration
Communicate effectively with director-level and senior leadership to align on priorities, timelines, and requirements
Drive adoption through training, documentation, and communication plans; act as a change agent for innovation and continuous improvement
Manage, support, and provide strategic oversight for the Salesforce team, including feedback, growth planning, and alignment
