Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, system or related field of study)
4 – 5 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or Automotive Industry
Bilingual – proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge
Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to effectively manage several projects at once
Strong soft skills: skilled networking creation, influencing skills, constantly learning, positive and ownership profile

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for product releases, aligning them with business objectives, market requirements, and customer needs
Align Release schedule internally and externally
Ensure the needed documentation of a release is created
Provide input to the System Software Development Plan (SSDP) to define the release strategy
Act as the voice to the customer / stakeholder in terms of all release and testing relevant topics
Verify and Approve Test Reports
Define release plans, schedules, and milestones based on strategic priorities, market demands, and resource availability
Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases
Collaborate with Engineering Project Leader to make decisions regarding product feature prioritization, scope changes, and release content in alignment with business goals and customer expectations
Establish quality standards, metrics, and KPIs for product releases, and monitor performance against these benchmarks to drive continuous improvement
Represent the product release function in interactions with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
