Requirements

Excellent understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Active Directory, and other authentication services
Hands-on experience with DNS and DHCP, and solid working knowledge of SCOM for infrastructure monitoring and alerting
Strong grasp of Windows Server environments; experience with Mac and Linux enterprise systems is a plus
Proven ability to identify automation opportunities, streamline processes, and reduce manual workload
A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Assist Enterprise Engineering Leads with the execution and successful delivery of the EUC roadmap
Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide 3rd line support to internal squads
Share knowledge and foster team development by hosting lunch-and-learn sessions, mentoring peers, and driving a shift-left culture within the team
Deliver business-critical support to internal customers, ensuring SLA adherence and exceptional service
Collaborate closely with squad leads and engineering leads to deliver key infrastructure projects
Participate in an on-call rotation, supporting OCC/NOC escalations and providing after-hours support as needed
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, providing updates and input on technical initiatives
Occasional travel and off-hours work may be required based on project timelines and business needs
