A B.E or B. Tech in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical is required, with M.E or M. Tech in those fields preferred.
Key skills include experience with test method validation, knowledge of biomechanics, physics, mechatronics, and electrical/mechanical/software development, plus proficiency in Minitab, MATLAB or LabVIEW, and Python. A solid understanding of Design Controls, Medical Device Design Verification, GDP, and effective communication with cross-functional teams is also required.
The role reports to the Sr. Engineering Manager/Engineering Manager and is accountable to Project Manager(s) for project-related responsibilities, with frequent interaction with hardware engineers and other cross-functional team members.
Short-term success includes demonstrating strong System Verification & Validation skills, knowledge of tools and technologies, establishing trusting relationships with the team, problem-solving capabilities, and delivering on project commitments.
