Responsibilities

Lead FMEA-Pro and APIS IQ - Software analyses to assess manufacturing risks, optimize process designs, and minimize defects and failures
Conduct reliability analysis using ReliaSoft XFMEA to evaluate product performance, identify failure modes, and develop reliability strategies
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements and reliability enhancements based on analysis findings
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control requirements in product development and manufacturing processes
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, technology adoption, and efficiency enhancement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and best practices for improving product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
