Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and APIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of security, access management, and compliance. Proven experience with data hygiene initiatives and excellent communication and documentation skills are also required.
The Salesforce Developer & Administrator will lead the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce platform and its integrations with Go-To-Market (GTM) tools. Responsibilities include implementing governance practices, managing security configurations, monitoring system performance, and designing/developing automations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and APIs. The role involves building and maintaining integrations with various GTM tools, developing custom code and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address process gaps, and optimizing system design. Additionally, the developer will lead multi-team system projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
