Currently studying towards a degree in an Engineering, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, Maths, Technology, Computing or General Science discipline
Must be a British Citizen (due to the nature of the business)
Able to achieve required medical and national security clearance, including HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

Work within Systems Design functions to design Complex Weapons capabilities for UK and partner nation Armed Forces across Air, Land, Maritime and Cyber domains
Engage in projects at various stages, from future capabilities to in-service products, understanding missile/weapon system components (e.g., warhead to seeker)
Apply the Systems Engineering ‘V’ model across the product lifecycle, including researching future technologies and novel domains
Develop requirements and functional architectures
Create concept solutions through Agile methodologies
Analyse performance and conduct trade space studies
Conduct verification and validation through trials and lab tests
Collaborate with engineering fields, business teams, suppliers, customers, and international colleagues
Potentially travel within the UK and internationally
