Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other IT-related degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in Web application development
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability and desire to solve complex software problems
Strong customer management skills and ability to understand, translate, and define complex business requirements
Responsibilities
Overall project management of projects within area of responsibility including implementation and testing of all new functionality/features
Design, develop, debug, produce, refine, test, deploy, maintain, and document web-based solutions using Visual Studio best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Design solutions that accurately reflect requirements and provide innovative solutions to customer (user) needs within defined time and cost constraints
Act as a technical resource to users, customers, and other team members
Provide production support and maintain existing systems by researching and troubleshooting any user-related problems
Keep customers informed of progress and work to quickly and efficiently bring user issues to resolution
Responsible for providing functional and technical specifications, where applicable, for all development and work with development team members to successfully deliver development objects
Create and maintain documentation necessary to ensure successful implementation and support of the web environment
Continue to improve technical expertise through the identification of new processes and technical alternatives
Establish and maintain positive business relationships throughout area of responsibility and consistently add value back to the business by leveraging knowledge and experience
Work mostly with internal teams and on occasion with external design/implementation teams and work cross-functionally between the business and IT to bridge the gap between design, content, and technology
