Responsibilities

  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers in AWS GovCloud and manage on-prem HP thin clients
  • Administer VMware infrastructure (vCenter/vSphere/ESXi)
  • Perform patching, OS updates, and configuration reviews using Ansible Automation Platform; apply DISA STIGs and other hardening standards
  • Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and capacity
  • Manage Active Directory forests, domains, and OUs
  • Perform account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
  • Administer enterprise ICAM and PKI/PKE services
  • Manage backup and recovery solutions
  • Support Asset Management by automating the reporting of assets
  • Support security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Execute system changes and upgrades
  • Provide Tier 2 incident response
  • Directly assist end users and mission partners with escalated system issues
  • Collaborate with cloud, security, and network engineers
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
