Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify repetitive IT tasks and create well-documented, robust automations to eliminate manual work and minimize human error
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate processes and create integrations with our key cloud platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, and NetSuite
  • Assist in managing our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on scripting, monitoring, and service maintenance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal IT support
  • Provide timely and helpful assistance to all employees by troubleshooting hardware (macOS, Windows), software, and peripheral issues
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches) to ensure high availability and optimal performance
  • Manage IT hardware inventory, procurement, and deployment
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for all systems, processes, and automation workflows
  • Monitor, maintain, and evaluate our company-wide subscription services
