Expert knowledge in requirements engineering according to V-model
Experience with requirements management tools/databases, including importing/exporting data
Proficiency in script and tool development for requirements management and metrics
Ability to work independently on product/functional solutions within given concepts
Skills in analyzing and evaluating reports, documents, customer orders, and program requirements
Experience with configuration and change management (e.g., JIRA)
Capability to handle interdisciplinary cooperation with global teams (purchasing, systems, hardware/software, quality, sales, laboratory, manufacturing)
Strong communication skills for customer interfaces, presentations, and coordination with internal/external stakeholders

Responsibilities

Requirements analysis at system level
Management of the requirements database, including importing and exporting of requirements data
Creation and maintenance of related specifications
Development and maintenance of scripts and tools supporting requirements management and metrics creation
Provision of expert knowledge and support for series production
Analysis and clarification of requirements related to processes and project management
Customer interface and cooperation with production facilities (internal/external), suppliers, and service providers
Cooperation with interdisciplinary global project teams
Independent development of product/functional solutions, evaluating draft solutions considering functional, material, manufacturing, and economic aspects
Creation of schedules in coordination with interfaces, monitoring compliance, and presenting alternatives
Ensuring regular customer communication on OPL, new technologies, cost reduction measures, and simplifications
Creation of technical presentations and discussions at customer sites
Development and implementation of constructive investigations into function, arrangement, and design; selection/modification of elements
Requirements engineering, handover to HW/SW design, configuration, and change management
Independent further development and optimization of existing products and functions
Arrangement of measurements, trials, function tests
Checking existing constructions for special requirements and statistical characteristics; creating drafts and specifying solutions
Definition of materials and manufacturing processes; initiation of trials and tests
Compilation of technical lists and working out special details
