Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in an IT company or related technical role
  • Strong hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network issue resolution
  • Familiarity with security policies and compliance standards; knowledge of HIPAA requirements is preferred
  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis (primary shift: Night shift, India Time)

Responsibilities

  • Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches
  • Basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting
  • Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer
  • File & Print Services design and troubleshooting
  • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
  • Knowledge and handling of basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP)
  • Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing)
  • Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation
  • Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization
  • Supporting corporate and wireless and physical network infrastructure and clients including desktop and system support tasks
