Requirements
BS/BE Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field required
6+ years of job experience with Supply Chain Management concepts; planning, forecasting, purchasing, production, inventory
At least 3 years of management experience
Strong cross-functional supply chain process knowledge
Advanced computer systems skill set & creativity (Servigistics, Infor, Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word)
Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated attitude and character of Ownership and Initiative to overcome challenges
Effective project management skills and team leadership skills
Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Strong attention to detail required
Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and have a passion for excellence

Responsibilities
Passionately drive continuous improvement culture while implementing the strategic roadmap to achieve breakthrough performance in service level, working capital, quality, delivery, cost and growth
Directly manage a team that is responsible for releasing orders to vendors, Production scheduling, inventory and data analysis, SL, WCT, NPD, Capacity, and Growth
Lead as the voice of the BU at S&OP, Collab Calls, Supply Reviews, Capacity Planning, NPP, and Team Meetings
Regularly review various department and facility wide KPIs, Production Capacity, Safety Stock, and plant schedules to achieve Service Level goals balanced with Working Capital Turns
Facilitate Operations Report Outs
Deploy Statistical Safety Stocks strategy from a systems (Servigistics & Infor) & process standpoint
Navigate the business through short supply challenges
Coordinate planning efforts and analysis for critical power tool component
Establish close relationships with Global Sourcing, Procurement, Project Teams, CSC Teams, Demand Teams, and more
Analyze supply chain constraints and assist in developing localization strategies to drive working capital improvements
Manage component allocations globally across SBD network of manufacturing plants
Provide timing of product launches and component ramp plans
