SAP Skills (MM Module) preferred
Commercial acumen combined with a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction
Supplier management experience and minimum 24 months supply chain experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to partner with internal and external stakeholders
Positive mindset & actively encourages other team members
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (preferred)
Project Management: Experience in managing supply chain projects (preferred)
Forecasting and Planning: Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage procurement of required SKUs with suppliers (intercompany and 3rd party) to support AOS health, on time delivery and inventory targets
Review Purchase Reqs and Purchase orders vs. sales orders; inventory levels to ensure customer service levels and reduce slow moving stock; and exception messages to ensure product is expedite on time
Monitor Goods in Transit and resolve issues which arise
Resolve blocked stock, backlog, and supply issues
Manage queries in the customer service DB and support monthly revenue roll up and estimates
Resolve GRIR Compliance Management
Oversee third-party supplier management, including quarterly lead time assessments, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and follow-ups on open purchase orders
Partner with distribution centers to resolve inbound errors
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery to distribution centers
Update standard work procedures
