Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and five years of related work experience in supply chain or logistics discipline preferred
5-10 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics-related function
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Superior understanding of Supply Chain Logistics processes and strategy
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
Experience in driving change and transforming organizations through analyzing and improving high level/strategic processes
Deliberate and structured way of thinking resulting in effective cross-functional delivery
Strong communicator (written and verbal) able to work with various audiences, partners and Senior Leaders
Experience in the project management domain to know when and how to leverage tools and techniques to effectively coach teams
Presentation skills
Strong change management skills
Professional business acumen
SAP knowledge is a plus
Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zones
Advanced English level

Responsibilities

Manages the execution and implementation of detailed program or project plans in concert with internal and external stakeholders
Works closely with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers, and third-party vendors during the requirements, solutions design and implementation phases to develop detailed project plans for implementation
Manages the program project from scoping, business case and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project
Works on risk assessment, communication planning, development of performance metrics, and project entry criteria
Creates detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion
Oversees stakeholder expectations and provides issue/risk identification and escalation pathways
Supervises the implementation team of cross-functional project resources
Implements governance to ensure effective exchange of information between project stakeholders, senior management, and staff
Resolves complex project issues that involve representatives from multiple organizations
Escalates issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program project level
Leads complex transformative logistics programs
Anticipates strategic needs and impacts on overall business model
