Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably within supply chain or operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in high-volume data environments
  • Good communication skills to translate data findings into business insights
  • Advanced English communication

Responsibilities

  • Design, generate, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports on supply chain performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Extract, clean, and analyze high-volume data from multiple sources (ERP, EDI, supplier systems) to provide actionable insights
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of large datasets by identifying and correcting anomalies
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights that improve forecasting, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency
  • Streamline reporting processes through automation, macros, or scripts, reducing manual effort and error rates
  • Act as the reporting point of contact for supply chain teams, providing timely responses to data and reporting requests
