Ability to lead through influence and effectively communicate within Cepheid cross-functional departments and 3rd party warehouse providers
Comfortable thriving in a cross-functional matrix environment where continuous improvement is the cultural norm
Proficiency in utilizing Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tool set for developing/implementing inventory goods movement process automation and technology transformation solutions
Skills in data analytics modeling to identify SAP transaction touch failures, logistics partner errors, and craft solutions
Experience leading through Danaher Business System lean practices
Ability to interface across all Cepheid Quality functions through project-based solutions
Willingness to work on-site in Sunnyvale, CA

Responsibilities

Maintain the Global Quality of Inventory movement across all Cepheid and Third-Party Providers (3PL's) warehouse locations
Manage a set of Global Quality Management Systems Performance Metrics (QMSR) across these sites to ensure compliance and delivery integrity
Utilize Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tool set to develop/implement inventory goods movement process automation and technology transformation solutions
Interface across all Cepheid Quality functions through project-based solutions in support of Cepheid's Global Supply Chain
Influence and re-engineer specific goods movement processes with Warehouse leadership teams to ensure QMS requirements are met
Collaborate with customer base, quality teams, and warehouse shipping locations to identify product delivery failures (damage/mis-picks/over ship/under ship) and create business solutions to eliminate them
Utilize data analytics modeling to identify SAP transaction touch failures, logistics partner errors, and craft solutions working with regional warehouse plant code leaders, quality teams, and logistics partners
Maintain and manage the Global Logistics QMS key performance metrics, including quarterly reporting and communication to Cepheid Executive staff
Lead system solution and operational development for supply chain data exchanges standards for Global Cepheid 3PL partners (track & trace, data standards)
Lead on-boarding activities for the deployment of business solutions ensuring compliance with Global Logistics QMS standards, including systems process, operational design, and hardware technology
Responsible for Cepheid's Global Logistics CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
